Zama Featured in There San Diego

At Zama, we’re not just serving food; we’re taking our guests on a fabulous journey through the Amazonian jungle, offering a unique blend of Latin American cuisine with an Asian infusion.
An Enchanting Dining Destination
The moment you step into Zama, you’ll find yourself immersed in a lush and alluring atmosphere. Our space is inspired by the tropical rainforest, accentuated with forest greens and natural custom wood built-ins.
An Eclectic Menu
Our menu is a testament to the fusion of culinary traditions, with a focus on Latin American cuisine. We invite you to savor dishes like Salmon with broiled passion fruit glaze, mashed yuka, and broccolini, as well as Peruvian and Mexican crudos and ceviches like Aguachile made with shrimp, avocado cream, jalapeño, and corn chips. Scallops with seared coconut cream rice, guajillo mango sauce, and tobiko caviar are another delectable option.
